Customers bear no additional maintenance costs. Initial investments cover farm infrastructure, and integrated intercropping generates income for ongoing operation and maintenance.

What happens if my piece of land yields less than the others? Will I get fewer returns?

Crop yields may slightly vary due to natural factors during or after cultivation. However, the collective yield is divided cumulatively among all the members, ensuring equal distribution of returns irrespective of individual unit yields in the farmlands.

What if I wish to sell the property?

As the owner, you are free to transfer/change ownership. However, the new owner must honour and comply with the original farm cultivation agreement and terms. All costs resulting from the transfer must be undertaken by the CSA member or the new party.
